Product prices listed on the site are inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes. Additional charges such as shipping or handling may apply based on delivery location.
9. E-Gift Card & Credit Note Policy
- E-Gift Cards are delivered via email and valid for 6 months.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
- Credit notes are valid only on our online store and cannot be combined with gift cards.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be reissued.
10. Country-Specific Pricing
Product prices vary by country and are displayed in local currency (INR for India, GBP for UK, USD for others). Prices may differ from in-store rates due to country-specific regulations.
11. Signup Offer
New customers may receive a one-time discount on their first order:
- LB500: ₹500 off on ₹5,000–₹9,999
- LB1000: ₹1,000 off on ₹10,000–₹14,999
- LB1500: ₹1,500 off on ₹15,000+

12. Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or failed verifications. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
13. Shipping & Delivery

14. Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Transactions are processed via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal). Additional verification may be required before dispatch.
15. Delivery & Loss in Transit
While we strive to deliver orders on time, we cannot guarantee timelines. If the customer fails to accept delivery, they may incur additional charges.
16. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Lush and Beyond.
17. Product Information
We strive for accuracy, but cannot guarantee all product descriptions are error-free. If a product does not match its description, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.

Products comply with Indian laws and standards. You are responsible for verifying local laws if ordering from outside India.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
24. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
