Refund & Return Policy
At Lush and Beyond, we aim to offer a shopping experience that is simple, transparent, and secure. We are committed to ensuring every transaction on lushandbeyond.in is smooth and reliable. Our products are handled with the utmost care and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a general policy, we do not accept returns on products that are delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. We encourage you to read our return guidelines below to better understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
- The product has a visible manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
Note: Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
Return Process
To help us process your return efficiently, please follow these steps:
- Initiate a Return Request within 48 hours of delivery by:
- Calling Customer Service at 09810944238 (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM), or
- Emailing support@lushandbeyond.in, or
- Logging in to My Account on our website and filling out the Submit a Support Request form.
- Provide clear images or a video of the product showing the defect/damage/wrong item. Send these along with your order details to support@lushandbeyond.in via email or WhatsApp (you may share visuals during the first contact for quicker resolution).
- Our Quality Assurance Team will review the request and respond with your return status within 2–3 business days.
- Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup. Pickup typically takes 2–3 business days, and return transit to our warehouse can take 7–10 days.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process within 7 days.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned in original packaging with tags, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, invoices, shipping labels, and accessories.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Refunds can be issued as store credits or to your original payment method.
- A quality check will be performed before any refund is approved.
- Returns are handled case-by-case, and final resolution is at the discretion of lushandbeyond.in.
- In-store exchanges or returns for online purchases are not permitted.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued via:
- Store Credit (processed within 24–48 hours): No expiration and no usage restrictions.
- Original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, online wallet): Processed within 7 working days.
- NEFT transactions: May take up to 5 working days.
- Credit Card refunds: May reflect in the next billing cycle.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payments: Refunded as store credits or via cheque in the billing name. Cheques are issued within 15 days, including transit time.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- If the cancellation request is received after the product has shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This covers a portion of the shipping cost for our fragile, high-quality items.

- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original mode of payment. For COD orders, refunds are issued via store credit or cheque.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products damaged due to environmental/geographic factors (e.g., rust from humidity or acidic conditions).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Returns based solely on personal dislike or change of preference.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it (following the return policy above). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
