We offer two delivery methods:
- Standard Shipping (Surface Transport): Delivery in 7–10 business days

Packaging
All products are carefully packed at our fulfillment center using premium materials like bubble wrap and air cushions for fragile items. Tamper-proof packaging ensures your items are delivered safely.
If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +91 9810944238 or email support@lushandbeyond.in.
Delivery Time & Tracking
Standard delivery may take 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned, and re-shipping charges will apply.
Kindly ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate for timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped and upon delivery.
Payment Policy
Lush and Beyond accepts all major payment methods including:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through a certified gateway.
Cash Before Delivery (CBD)

Return Policy
Our return policy is designed to be transparent and secure. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is damaged during transit. (Please do not accept damaged or tampered packages.)
Return Process
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Email clear photos of the product showing the issue, along with your order details to support@lushandbeyond.in.
- Our Quality Assurance team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled (takes 2–3 business days).
- Once the item is received at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 business days.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, invoices, manuals, and labels.
- Returns are only accepted for online purchases, not in-store.
Note: We reserve the right to assess and approve returns at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product:
- Store Credits: Issued within 24–48 hours, valid for 6 months.
- Online Payments: Refunded via the original payment method (NEFT within 5 days, credit cards may reflect on your next billing cycle).
- CBD Orders: Refunded through store credit or an account payee cheque issued in the billing name, delivered within 15 days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window or once in transit, cancellation is not possible.
